In his role as a faculty member, Mr. Schwartz performs direct and cross examination of the participants, including a final day mock trial before an actual judge. He also offers guidance on effective testimony throughout the program. Participants benefit from his expertise, gaining a deeper understanding of presenting business valuation evidence during legal proceedings.
