Terryann Bradley

Terryann Bradley, a partner with the firm, concentrates her practice on  family and matrimonial law, practicing in this area since 2000. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Rutgers College and her Juris Doctor from Seton Hall Law School.

Ms. Bradley is a highly skilled family law attorney with extensive experience in resolving complex cases involving custody, parenting time, support, equitable distribution, prenuptial agreements, relocation matters, and domestic violence. She has successfully represented clients in settlements, trials, and arbitrations. Additionally, she has served as a mediator, facilitating amicable resolutions for parties and their counsel during marital disputes. Ms. Bradley has also been appointed by the Court as a Guardian Ad Litem, addressing both financial and custody issues.

Throughout her career, Ms. Bradley has been recognized for her professional excellence and dedication. She received the Essex County Family Law Achievement Award in 2010 and was named a New Jersey Super Lawyers Rising Starfrom 2008 to 2013. From 2014 through 2020, she was honored as a New Jersey Super Lawyer, reflecting her ongoing commitment to excellence in her field.

Ms. Bradley has held several prominent leadership roles, including serving as President of the Barry I. Croland Family Inn of Court. She has also been a Trustee for both the Essex County Bar Association and Essex/Newark Legal Services. In addition, she actively volunteers as an Early Settlement Panelist in multiple counties, including Morris, Essex, and Bergen.

A dedicated educator and speaker, Ms. Bradley regularly lectures at the County College of Morris on matrimonial law topics. She has also presented for the New Jersey State Bar Association (Family Law Section), ICLE, and various county bar associations.
