Michael R. Paglione

Michael R. Paglione is a partner in the firm and member of its Executive Committee. He focuses his practice on individuals suffering from personal, psychological or bodily injuries caused by the negligent acts of others. He handles cases involving catastrophic injuries; traumatic head, brain and spinal injuries; severe burns; trucking accident injuries; forklift accident injuries; construction accident injuries; roofing accident injuries; victims of sexual assault; automobile and motorcycle accident injuries; slip, trip and fall injuries; and defective product injury cases.

Mr. Paglione has four decades of experience and a record of million dollar-plus settlements, verdicts, and awards in recovery for his injured clients.

Mr. Paglione is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and Federal Court in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

He is an active member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, having served on its Nominating Committee, and as the Vice-Chair of the Judicial and Prosecutorial Appointments Committee (JPAC) from 2015 through 2019. He is the current Chair of JPAC, and a member of the State Bar Board of Trustees, the Amicus Committee and Legislative Committee. Prior to his work in the State Bar, he was a member of the Board of Trustees for Mercer County Bar Association for six years, an officer for four years, and ultimately served as President of the Mercer Bar in 2010.

Mr. Paglione earned the distinction as a New Jersey Super Lawyer in the practice area of personal injury in 2007, 2012, 2013, and 2017 through 2024.

He received his Juris Doctor from the Seton Hall University School of Law and earned his undergraduate degree, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, from Seton Hall University. Michael is local to the Trenton area having graduated from Notre Dame High School in Lawrenceville, New Jersey.
