Mariam Zein is an Associate in Szaferman Lakind’s Personal Injury Department, where she is committed to providing dedicated, client-focused representation to individuals seeking justice and fair compensation in personal injury matters. Her thorough approach to case preparation and compassionate advocacy ensures her clients receive the attention and support they deserve.

Before joining Szaferman Lakind, Mariam served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Kay Walcott-Henderson in the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division, and the Honorable Benjamin Bucca Jr., J.S.C. In these roles, she gained significant experience in appellate advocacy, trial preparation, and legal research, refining her ability to navigate complex legal issues across a variety of civil and criminal matters.

Mariam earned her Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law, where she distinguished herself through leadership roles in student organizations and her commitment to pro bono work. She was an Executive Board Member of the Black Law Students Association and actively participated in initiatives supporting incarcerated individuals and survivors of domestic violence.
