Over the years our clients have included towing and recovery firms, limousine companies and various shuttle operators, taxi companies, stevedoring companies, aviation clients and airport base operators.
We provide advice and counsel to clients on accessibility, permits, regulatory issues and transactions in a variety of transportation related fields. We can represent you and/or your business in litigation or in regulatory proceedings before state and federal agencies. We counsel clients on a variety of areas including ADA compliance, environmental and hazardous waste transport, land use and zoning, maritime and coastal issues, employment, employee status, contract, property, safety compliance, utilities, historic and cultural resources, billboards, and Commerce clause and pre-emption questions.
We have represented non-profit organizations trying to improve or build pedestrian and bicycle trails, including when they cross rights-of-way for highways, waterways or railroads, including rail abandonment and preservation matters. We also retain, traffic engineers and other experts to present plans to accommodate parking and improve traffic flow and assist us in other land use zoning and redevelopment issues.
